Computerized Process Control Workshop

You may have the most sophisticated ultrasonic plastics assembly system money can buy, but if you don't know how to program it, or understand when and how to apply the various parameters, or how to set up a meaningful data collection scheme, what good is it?

This workshop is designed to help process, manufacturing, and quality engineers and technicians understand the effect of the various process parameters on their ultrasonic assembly processes. It will also prove very valuable in learning a sensible approach to integrating SPC data collection and processing into the ultrasonic plastics assembly process.

Prerequisite: Introduction to Ultrasonic Plastics Assembly Seminar, Ultrasonic Plastics Assembly Forum, or equivalent experience.

This half-day workshop is offered at the Dukane headquarters facility in St. Charles, Illinois, USA (Chicago). Fee includes sessions, learning materials, and snack. Transportation, lodging, and meals are the responsibility of the attendee. Limited to 15 attendees.
