Heavy-Duty 20KHz Thruster System (48B1001, 48B1501, 48B2001)

This manual is for 20KHz heavy-duty thruster systems of 1000, 1500, or 2000 watts utilizing the 43A255 thruster. These units were shipped from approximately 1984 to 1988. The systems had analog timers in the generator, and were originally shipped beige in color with brown front panels. The generators had two white "racing" stripes running horizontally across the front panel. Some of these units may have been upgraded to include an Ultra-Com (manual sold separately) or to include Auto-Trac automatic tuning.

The press or thruster model number was 43A255, and the generator model number was 20B1000, 20B1500, or 20B2000. Some units may have included a 40B325B or 20B1800 generator, in which case the schematics and spare parts lists will vary somewhat.
