Heavy Duty 20 kHz Aluminum Booster

Aluminum boosters are less rugged than titanium boosters, but the aluminum dissipates heat much better. Therefore, aluminum boosters are generally used in continuous-duty applications, or in long-running situations where stack assembly and disassembly is infrequent. Aluminum boosters also may be specified for purposes of economy.

Dukane boosters have field-renewable isolation o-rings via clamp rings that are bolted together (rather than pinned as some competitors do). This results in even longer booster life.

These boosters have 3.25" clamp ring diameter, and fit Dukane model 43A250, 43A255, 43D255, 43E255, 43A260, and 43B260 press/thruster systems, as well as the majority of U.S. made competitive 20 kHz presses and thrusters (model 5170, 501, 8800, 851, 901, 921, 931, 910IW, 920IW and all 2000 series 20 kHz AE, AED and AEF presses/actuators, D-series and E-series).

Input stud 1/2-20, output thread 1/2-20.
