How to Order
Hello. You may never have used this kind of store before, but it's really quite easy. You pick out what you would like, put it in a "shopping cart," then when you are satisified with the contents of your "shopping cart" you go through "checkout," a secure process where your order is totalled and you enter your shipping and billing information (including your credit card number).

Privacy Policy
We do collect information about visitors and customers, but use this information only for our own internal purposes. Your information will be held confidential by Dukane and will never be sold to any other entity.

Billing
When you place your order online, the e-store immediately seeks pre-authorization to bill your credit card the amount of the order including the sales tax and shipping/handling charges shown. If you desire exemption from sales tax or desire to pick up your order at our plant, please make a note when you are given opportunity in the ordering process (and provide appropriate tax-exempt documentation to fax 630-797-4949), and we will adjust these amounts at the time we process your order for shipment. Sales tax, if we are rquired to collect it, is computed at the highest rate for anywhere in your state, and will be adjusted downward before your card is charged if appropriate for your jurisdiction.

IMPORTANT! Your card will be billed ONLY for merchandise, for actual freight charges (generally less than the shipping/handling charge shown), and the actual sales tax your jurisdiction requires us to collect. You will receive an invoice by mail from us indicating the exact amount charged to your card after we ship. Your card will not be charged until we complete the shipping process. The minimum order amount is $25.00.

Shipping
Almost all products appearing in this store ship within 1-2 business days. If we are unable to ship any item you order within that time frame, we will contact you by phone or e-mail and let you know what your options are. Dukane Ultrasonics now provides online UPS Shipment Tracking at www.dukcorp.com/us by simply entering your Dukane Sales Order Number (provided on your written order confirmation). It is very important that you enter a current and correct telephone number and e-mail address when you order.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot split shipping or invoicing on any orders placed through the e-store, so please order items with varying lead times on separate orders. Also, please order training programs on separate orders from other merchandise, and order training programs that are in different months on separate orders.
