Introduction to Laser Welding of Thermoplastics

A one-day seminar discussing the major methods of laser welding thermoplastic parts.

This one-day seminar discusses thermoplastic characteristics, part design, the three most common methods of developing laser light, the four most common methods of delivering laser light to the part, general machinery configurations, fixture design, and operating parameters of laser welding of thermoplastics. Laser welding will be demonstrated.

Registration fee includes course materials, continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch. Transportation and lodging are the responsibility of the attendee. The session begins at 8:30 am and ends at 4:30 pm.

Reservations cancelled within seven days of the session are non-refundable, but fee may be applied to other Dukane seminars.
