These 1/2" diameter male knurled replaceable tips are tuned for your standard 1/2" replaceable tip horn. An essential lab tool for weldability evaluation and simple low-volume staking applications. Will wear quickly if used in staking applications on glass-filled materials.

Replaceable tips are not recommended for high volume production.
