These tips are overweight so you can put the detail you need on them and mount them up on your replaceable tip horn. Your local Dukane rep can give you the weight specs you need to hit when machining these tips to assure your horn/tip combination will run properly and not damage your equipment.

Replaceable tips are not recommended for high volume production.
