We will also discuss the basics of additional assembly processes including Spin Welding, Vibration Welding, Thermal Heat Assembly and Hot Plate Welding. iQ Servo Process Optimization Learn how to utilize advanced iQ Servo technology to optimize your welding processes. Seminar will discuss the advantages of integrating Servo technology into your welding processes as well as reviewing Dukane's exclusive MeltMatch technology. Introduction to Leak Flow and Testing The leak testing seminar will cover the basics of air leak testing including fundamentals, pressure/vacuum decay, mass flow as well as additional methods including occlusion, burst/creep/proof, check valve opening, sealed component and pressure rise techniques.
